Challenge

Create a clear, scalable analytics product in a complex, fast-moving Web3 market — while simultaneously building the entire design function and team.

What I Did

Designed the first versions of the product and brand that still define the platform today
Built the design team from scratch and became Head of Design
Created a full UI system for dashboards, data views, and navigation
Introduced research-driven processes and UX standards
Established a product design culture recognized internally as the best-performing team in the organization

Outcome

A coherent, high-density analytics product used by millions, supported by a scalable design system and a mature design org built from the ground up.
